Privacy policy

NETPARTNER, whose details appear in the legal notice, is responsible for the personal data processed through Best Game. This policy was updated on 8 November 2026.

Contact messages

The contact form requests your name, email address, subject and message so we can read your enquiry and reply. The purpose is handling your request, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors, or steps requested before a contract where relevant. Please avoid including sensitive personal data.

Contact Form 7 handles the form. Mailjet carries outgoing messages to the private administrative mailbox. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and we do not send an automatic marketing response. Contact Form 7 does not keep a separate submission database on this site.

Comments

If you leave a comment, WordPress processes the information in the form, the comment and technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent to manage discussion and prevent abuse. Only the name you choose and the approved comment are published; your email address is not displayed publicly. Comments are moderated before publication.

Akismet may process comment and technical information for spam protection when its service is configured. See Automattic’s privacy policy. Remote avatars are disabled on this site.

Technical operation

Our hosting and security services process technical request data, which can include IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver pages, maintain the site and prevent abuse. Cloudflare provides delivery and security services. WordPress uses cookies for administrators and may remember a commenter’s details if the commenter chooses that option.

Recipients and retention

Messages are accessible to the publisher and the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver email. We keep enquiry information for the time needed to handle and follow up the request, then delete it or retain only what is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. Approved comments remain available while the discussion is published, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations. Outgoing email logs in FluentSMTP are automatically deleted after 14 days.

Some providers, including Cloudflare, Mailjet and Automattic, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable privacy terms describe the locations and safeguards used, including contractual safeguards where required. See Mailjet privacy information and Cloudflare privacy information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.

Use the contact form to exercise your rights, identifying the request clearly. We may request only the information necessary to confirm your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
